Nishchit versus ElevenLabs Agents
Which ElevenLabs models speak Bengali, and do you need an alternative?
ElevenLabs documents Bengali on Eleven v3 and Eleven v3 Conversational and not on Eleven Multilingual v2, whose published 29-language list omits it — so the model you pick decides whether Bangla works at all. Nishchit is not a competitor to ElevenLabs so much as a product built on top of that class of model, with the order workflow attached.

A quoted value means those are the words on the source page, not our paraphrase of them. A row marked not verified is one we could not confirm — we would rather say so than fill it in.

The models page states language counts for Eleven Flash v2.5 and the Scribe speech-to-text models without publishing their full language lists, so we cannot say whether Bengali is among them. Which one to choose
Choose ElevenLabs Agents when…
- You are building your own product and want the best available Bengali synthesis as a component, with full control over the prompt, the model and the call flow.
- Voice quality is the thing you are optimising and you would rather tune it directly than accept somebody else's choices.
- You need agents for several purposes, of which order confirmation is one, and a general platform with a published per-minute price fits better than a single-purpose product.
Choose Nishchit when…
- You want the whole confirmation workflow — order ingestion, calling schedule, escalation rules, six structured outcomes, write-back — rather than the speech layer to build it on.
- You need Bangladeshi telephony solved rather than billed separately, because reaching a +880 number reliably is its own problem.
- You would rather not have to know which model version supports Bengali in order for your calls to work.
Placeholder — this page carries no price comparison because Nishchit has not published a price. A human must add the real figures here, and re-check every competitor price on this page, before launch.
We are not really competitors
Worth saying up front, because it changes how to read this page. ElevenLabs makes the speech models. Nishchit is a product built on top of that class of model, with the order workflow attached. Calling this an "alternative" is search-engine language rather than an accurate description of the relationship.
What is genuinely comparable is ElevenLabs Agents — the conversational product — against Nishchit, and there the difference is the same one that runs through every comparison on this site: a general platform you build on, versus a finished workflow for one job.
The model you pick decides whether Bangla works
This is the single most useful fact on this page, and it is easy to get wrong.
ElevenLabs publishes a models page listing supported languages per model. We read it on the date in the table above. Eleven v3 and Eleven v3 Conversational both list Bengali explicitly. Eleven Multilingual v2, whose published list is much shorter, does not.
So "does ElevenLabs support Bengali" has no single answer. It depends entirely on which model you select, and the models differ in latency and cost as well as in language coverage — which means the obvious optimisation, picking a faster or cheaper model, can silently remove the language you came for. That is a real trap for a team wiring this up themselves.
There is a further gap we could not close. The models page states language counts for the faster Flash models and for the Scribe speech-to-text models without publishing their full lists, so we cannot say whether Bengali is among them. We are not going to guess in either direction: if you need a faster model than v3, that is a question to put to ElevenLabs.
What Agents costs, and what it does not include
The per-minute figures are in the table above with the date we read them, along with the burst rate that applies when you exceed your concurrency limit.
The line to read carefully is the one stating that the language model and any telephony are billed separately on top. As with the other platforms on this comparison, the headline per-minute price is one component of a call's cost rather than the cost of a call. Concurrency also matters more here than elsewhere: confirmation calling is bursty by nature, because the whole queue has to run inside the same dispatch window, and a burst rate that doubles when you exceed your concurrency is exactly the shape of cost a confirmation workload will find.
Telephony to Bangladesh is not part of it
Agents provides the conversation, not the phone line. That is a reasonable division of labour, and it means reaching a Bangladeshi number is a problem you solve elsewhere — with a carrier, an aggregator or a telephony platform, each with its own rate and its own reliability.
This is the part that most often surprises a team building for Bangladesh for the first time. Getting a voice agent to speak well is a solved problem you can buy. Getting audio to and from a +880 number, cleanly, at 8 kHz, without the media path collapsing, is a separate piece of engineering and it does not appear on any pricing page.
When to build on ElevenLabs instead
You are building a product, not buying one. If voice is part of what you sell, owning the speech layer directly is the right call and adding an intermediary is not.
Voice quality is your differentiator. If you want to tune stability, similarity and delivery yourself rather than accept somebody else's settings, take the direct route.
You need agents for several purposes. Support, reminders, surveys, onboarding. A general platform amortises; a single-purpose product does not.
When to use Nishchit instead
You want the workflow. Orders in from Shopify, WooCommerce, a custom API, a webhook or a CSV; calls out inside a window you set; one of six structured outcomes back onto the order with the recording and transcript attached. Features covers the whole path.
You do not want to know which model version supports Bengali. That question should not be between you and a confirmed order.
You want the guardrails decided. A confirmation threshold that does not read silence as consent, an escalation path, calling hours, a retry cap. Each is a decision with a right answer and a tempting wrong one, and having them enforced is different from having them available.
No price comparison here either
Nishchit has published no price, so there is no table putting our number beside theirs. ElevenLabs' figures are public and dated; ours are not announced. Half a comparison is worse than none.
The Vapi comparison covers the orchestration-platform version of this same decision, and it is the closer analogue if what you are weighing is how much of the stack to own.
