How much does Nishchit cost?
Pricing is not published yet. The plan will be a monthly subscription in Bangladeshi taka that includes call minutes and seats, metered on minutes actually spoken rather than on orders imported — so an order that never answers costs almost nothing.
Until the figures are set, the useful question is the other one: what is confirming orders by hand costing you now? The calculator below answers that from numbers you already know, and Nishchit subtracts nothing from it.

What is manual order confirmation costing you?
This works entirely from figures you enter about your own business. Nishchit supplies no benchmarks and no averages here — the arithmetic is yours, and the result is only as good as your inputs.

Nishchit does not subtract a saving here, because no price is published yet. This is your current cost, arithmetic only.
Answers, in one sentence each
Every answer below opens with a complete reply to its question, because that first sentence is what a search result and an answer engine will quote.
What it is
What does Nishchit actually do?
Nishchit calls the customer behind every new cash-on-delivery order, confirms the items and the address in Bangladeshi Bangla, and writes the result back to your store. Each call ends in one of six outcomes — confirmed, cancelled, modified, callback, escalated to a human, or unresolved — and your order list updates without anyone typing anything.
On the call
Does it really speak Bangla, or is it translated English?
It speaks Bangladeshi Bangla natively, and it is the only language the agent was designed around. The voice is a Bangla voice, the prompt is written in Bangla, and the agent can also run in Banglish — Bangla with English words mixed in, the way people actually talk about sizes, colours and payments — or in English if your customers prefer it.
Will my customer know they are talking to a machine?
Most callers work it out, and the agent does not pretend otherwise. It is built to sound like a careful person rather than a menu: it waits its turn, lets the customer interrupt mid-sentence, and fills a pause with a short "হুম…" instead of dead air. What it will not do is claim to be a human being if asked.
What happens if the customer wants to change the order?
The agent takes the change, reads it back, and records the order as modified rather than confirmed. Changing a size, swapping a colour, correcting an address or moving a delivery date are all handled in the call, and the change lands on the order as a structured edit — not a note somebody has to read later.
What does it do when it cannot understand someone?
It stops guessing and hands the order to a person. An order is never marked confirmed unless the agent actually reached agreement; a caller who is unclear, hesitant or asking something outside the brief becomes an escalation with the recording and transcript attached, so a human picks up with the full context.
Getting started
Which order platforms can Nishchit read from?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly, and anything else reaches Nishchit through a custom API connection, an outbound webhook, or a CSV upload. If your orders live in a spreadsheet today, a CSV is a legitimate way to start — the calling works the same either way.
Do I need a call centre or a phone system?
No — Nishchit places the calls itself over Bangladeshi telephony, so there is no PBX to buy, no SIM farm to run and no agents to roster. You configure what the agent should confirm, and it dials from there.
How long does it take to get the first call out?
Connecting a store and configuring an agent is a same-session job, not an implementation project. You link the order source, pick a voice and language, tell the agent what to confirm and when to escalate, then run a test call to your own number before any customer is dialled.
Data and privacy
What does Nishchit store about my customers?
Nishchit stores the phone number, the order it called about, the call recording and the transcript. Everything is scoped to your organisation and filtered by it in the database itself, so another merchant on the platform cannot read your orders, your recordings or your customers — and inside your team, who can open a recording depends on their role.
Can I try it without calling real customers?
Yes — every organisation can run in demo mode, which places no real calls and spends no money. Demo mode uses scripted conversations against seeded orders and marks every screen with a banner, so nothing that happens in it can be mistaken for a real confirmation.
Cost and availability
What does Nishchit cost?
Pricing is not published yet. It will be a monthly plan in Bangladeshi taka with included call minutes and seats, metered on minutes actually spoken rather than orders imported — but the figures are not final, so this site does not quote any.
Is Nishchit available outside Bangladesh?
Not today — Nishchit calls Bangladeshi numbers over Bangladeshi telephony, and the agent is tuned for Bangladeshi Bangla. The product is built for cash-on-delivery commerce as it works in Bangladesh, which is a different problem from card-paid ecommerce elsewhere.
নিশ্চিতEarly access
Stop calling every order by hand.
Tell us your order volume and where your orders live, and we will run a pilot against your own numbers. Nothing is charged and no customer is called until you say so.
Or try it in demo mode first — it places no real calls and bills nothing.
