Everything the agent does, and everything it will not.
What can a Nishchit agent actually do on a call?
A Nishchit agent can greet a customer by name in Bangla, read an order back item by item, confirm the amount payable at the door, take a change to a size or an address, agree a delivery window, offer a callback, and hand the order to a human when it is not certain.
What it will not do is improvise past its brief. Anything outside what you told it to confirm becomes an escalation with the recording attached, because a confident wrong answer on the phone costs more than a transfer.

What the platform does once the call ends
A confirmation call is only useful if its result lands somewhere. Every outcome is written back to the order, pushed to your systems and counted in the numbers you manage the business by.
Bangla first, not Bangla eventually
The agent speaks Bangladeshi Bangla as its native language, and switches to Banglish or English per agent. Bangla is what it was designed around, not a locale bolted on at the end.
Interrupts like a person
The customer can cut in mid-sentence and the agent stops talking and listens. Pauses get a short filler rather than silence, which is most of what separates a conversation from an IVR.
Watch a call as it happens
Open a live call and see the transcript arrive line by line with the detected intent beside it, while the audio is still going.
An agent you configure, not a script you fill in
Set the greeting, the brand name it uses, what a confirmation must establish, how hard to push back, and the exact conditions that hand the call to a person.
Retries that know when to stop
No answer, busy line and switched-off phone are different problems. Each gets its own retry schedule, and an order stops being called once it is resolved.
Escalation is a first-class outcome
When the agent is unsure it stops and marks the order for a human, with the recording and transcript attached. Not knowing is a result, not a failure.
Confirmation rate and cost per order
See what share of orders confirm, how long calls run, and what each resolved order cost — broken down by agent, by day and by order source.
Outcomes push to your systems
Every outcome fires a signed webhook, so your courier booking, your accounting sheet and your dispatch board can act on a confirmation without anyone re-typing it.
Demo mode that spends nothing
Run the whole product against scripted conversations and seeded orders. No calls are placed, no minutes are billed, and every screen says so.
Why it does not sound like an IVR
Because it takes turns, and it stops when you speak. Barge-in, real turn-taking and Bangla fillers are the three things that separate a conversation from a recorded menu, and all three are in every call.

How the agent behaves on a call
Turn-taking, not ping-pong
The agent decides when the customer has finished speaking rather than waiting for a fixed silence, so it neither talks over people nor leaves them hanging.
Barge-in
Start speaking while the agent is mid-sentence and it stops. A customer who already knows the answer never has to sit through the question.
Bangla fillers
Where the agent needs a moment it says হুম…, জি, একটু দেখছি… or আচ্ছা… — short, varied, and capped, so it reads as thinking rather than as a loop.
Telephone-grade audio, on purpose
Everything runs at the 8 kHz the phone network actually carries, in both directions, with no resampling in the middle to smear the consonants.
Where your orders come from
Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly; everything else reaches Nishchit through an API call, a webhook or a CSV upload. If your orders live in a spreadsheet today, that is a legitimate way to start.
- Direct
Shopify
Connect the store and new orders sync themselves. Outcomes are written back onto the order.
shopify

WooCommerce
Connect with store keys. Works the same on a self-hosted WordPress install as on managed hosting.

Custom API
Push orders from your own backend and read outcomes back. For anything with a database and a developer.

CSV upload
Upload a day of orders from a spreadsheet. The least glamorous option and a completely legitimate way to start.

Stop calling every order by hand.
Tell us your order volume and where your orders live, and we will run a pilot against your own numbers. Nothing is charged and no customer is called until you say so.
Or try it in demo mode first — it places no real calls and bills nothing.
